We’ve been providing Xylitol sugar free chewing gum in our office.Feel free to get some!!

The physical act of chewing increases salivary flow in the mouth; if chewed after eating food, the increased salivary flow can help neutralize and wash away the acids that are produced when food is broken down by the bacteria in plaque on teeth.  Chewing gum on its own helps promote oral health, helps clean teeth and helps freshen breath.

And Xylitol helps inhibit cavity-causing bacteria, reducing plaque buildup and tooth decay.  This can help prevent dental cavities and inflammatory gum diseases.  Xylitol gum can also help remineralize teeth and help relieve dry mouth.
